I'm on bridesmaid duty again, and my bff is eyeing up this dress.

I haven't owned a low-back bra since I was sixteen, but they must exist for us. I'm a 30G in Freya and a 30FF in Fantasie. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? Thanks!

Hey
I'm looking for articles/blog posts that explain why the common misconceptions about bra sizing are wrong. I know there are several that I've read, I just neglected to bookmark them and now can;t find them.

Help?

Hi Thirty-two d!

I was looking at bras, and decided to check out if becheeky stocked new sizes since I last looked at their website, and they do. They actually stock a brand I've never heard of, 2wenty8, and it's as big as 28H, and suitable for very low cut things, actually they look a bit strange. It seems to be stocked by becheeky and misfituk, I haven't tried any of them.
Has anybody else heard of this brand? Can anybody comment on their fit, is the band size tight or loose, is the cup size small or big, any brand to compare it with? Are they supportive, do they work?
It seems to be a fairly new brand, and they are not making many sizes yet, actually just 28, must be the only brand to do that, but I read somewhere they're going to make more band sizes. (here http://www.lingerietalk.com/2010/10/13/2wenty8/small-girl-big-bust-2wenty8-has-a-bra-for-you.html )
Any thoughts, or anything?

I entered my underbust and overbust size on this website just for kicks. They don't even explain how to calculate your bra size from your measurements, just have you use their calculator. At a 29 underbust and a 35 overbust, they tell me I'm a 34A. I think their calculator is broken--even if you do add five to the underbust, aren't you still supposed to use the absolute difference between that and the overbust to calculate cup size?

The stupid. It burns.

It's one of our first genuinely cold fall days up here, and I'm thinking about fashion for boobs. I know that it's conventional wisdom that if you have a substantial bosom, you should avoid high necklines at all costs lest you look dumpy. But when it's winter, I already have real problems with staying warm, and wearing v- and scoop-necks just leads to more freezing.

What do you all do in the cold months? Build up your resistance to cold and brave the weather with a bare sternum? Buy bullet bras and resolve to rock the sweater-girl look in an angora turtleneck? Move to St. Tropez?

What do you guys think of the idea of having a questionnaire to use as a resource for thirty_twod? (maybe share with other sites?) I've made one using google docs but wanted to get peoples' opinions before publishing it.

So far the questions are:

What Katie Did are conducting a survey of their customers' measurements to get an idea of what sizes people wear in their bras and in other brands. Hopefully it will make it easier for us to know what size to order from them, because they use the same "add 4" system that M&S, VS et al publish and we know it doesn't work for their bras. I wish M&S would do something like this to improve their service... maybe we could send them this link?

All have been sold. Thanks!

Fantasie 4510 30E in Black. Band has stretched out some, but still fastens fairly tightly on second hook. $12 shipped.
Fantasie 4510 30E in Nude. Same details as above.Slight wrinkling in cups (doesn't show through clothes). $12 shipped.
Freya Deco 28F in Nude. Worn very little, and still fastens very tightly on first hook. I had to go down a band size in this one, but the cups are just too small for me. Asking $18 shipped.

If any of these catch your fancy, let me know! Thanks!
